It has been a busy few weeks with 29 Buna Street Chermside launching on December 31st and over 90 enquiries and over 3 weekends we have met 42 buyer groups! Incredible numbers so early in the year with so many people only now returning from holidays. 

Many buyers are being cautious and taking their time, but we are optimistic that the market will continue to stay steady in the short term.
